Casting Calls Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions I acknowledge & understand that this does not create an ongoing representative relationship between myself & Azalea Management.

I confirm I am not exclusively represented by any other agency.

I agree to maintain professional behaviour at all times on set & when dealing with clients, casting directors & other acting professionals.

I agree to abide by privacy requirements for all productions I am submitted for including but not limited to social media.

I agree to maintain open communication options & respond quickly to all messages, emails & other contact forms.

Azalea Management will retain 15% (plus GST) commission from all payments received from bookings achieved from our submissions, except for in Queensland where state laws cap commission at 10%.

For failure to maintain professionalism or other acts which result in loss of income or extra expenses for Azalea Management, talent will be expected to cover said losses or expenses.

Azalea Management reserves the right to post on our social media any relevant images, tags and information regarding submissions through our agency.

Azalea Management reserves the right to end agreements brought about through our casting calls at any time for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for unprofessional or harrassing behaviour resulting in negative exposure to Azalea Management or our represented talent.
